Wacky Headlines
Monday October 2, 2006
Here are some headlines to ponder this evening. "Firefox Javascript Implementation called 'A mess'". I hope that gets fixed soon.
Funny one, "Gop tries to limit damage in Foley case". There is something funny about a conservative Congressman that has sponsored legislation for the protection of children who turns out to be gay and like his boys on the young side. This is not so funny if your a leader in the Gop, trying to get re-elected, or the parent of a congressional page.
The Amish have tried to seclude themselves from the worldly lifestyle most of us lead. The have not been able to separate themselves from the nut cases that walk amongst us. This is tragic for the Amish and scary for the rest of us. What kind of nut job holds a grudge for 20 years and then acts on it in violence. Apparently a milk truck driver in PA is what kind of nut job.
George Michael was arrested for possession of weed while found slumped over the wheel of his car in London. One can assume that this was some kick ass weed if he was found nodded out. No mention of booze in the mix. In April, George hit three parked cars and later stated in an interview that he was a terrible driver. Don't be so hard on yourself George, try it again some time when your not as stoned. On the other hand, when Willie was popped a couple of weeks back his bus was motoring down the super slab. Hopefully burning some Bio-Willie and keeping the outside air a little cleaner than the inside air on the bus.
I saved the best for last. It seems the Google Page Rank robot is making its rounds again. According to my Google toolbar, the news page is ranked a five while my illustrious blog has dropped from a five to a four. Talk about some weird occurrences, there is one for the record books. How in the Hell could they drop me to a four? Oh yea, it must have been the 150 posts I lost in the last database meltdown.
